context: ‘Kulturfunken’ cultural sparks, series of projects initiated by ‘Kulturtreibhaus’ and financed by the Possehl Foundation . The work was a reflection on human nature’s ability to symbolically elevate natural events into warning signs while not shying away to turn them into merchandise.
